Illuminate Mental Health operates as a Collective rather than a Group Practice. For this reason, each Therapist sets their own rates. For out-of-pocket rates, please reach out to us at info@illuminatementalhealth.com.

Are you hiring or taking interns right now?

We are currently in the new-growth stages of development and are unable to support additional independent contractors at this time.

We are able to work with graduate intern students from Lakeland University or University of Wisconsin Oshkosh on a very limited basis at this time. Interested graduate students must have a primary placement secured for their internship at which to gain the majority of their clinical hours. We are able to support interns as a secondary site for some specialty experience and consultation, but are unable to guarantee that interns will be able to get their 300 clinical hours per experience with us. We hope to be able to welcome new interns in Fall 2026 but this is not something we can guarantee at this time.

We are not able to accept practicum students from UWO, as we do not currently offer groups and are unsure if we will offer groups in the future.
